Terms and Conditions

Returns and Warranty:

At Blaze Design, we take immense pride in our handcrafted furniture. Each piece is meticulously created, and we guarantee its uniqueness for every customer. We do not have a general returns policy, except in the case of a manufacturing fault. If a fault is determined to be due to our manufacturing process, we will craft a replacement item for you.

Quality Control and Delivery:

Our commitment to quality is unwavering. Each table undergoes rigorous quality control checks at every stage of production to ensure it reaches you in optimum condition. Our estimated delivery time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the date of your order. We'll keep you informed about the specific delivery date as it approaches.

Confirming Your Order:

An order is considered confirmed upon the receipt of 100% payment of the sales invoice. In the case of special orders with non-standard payment terms, any agreed-upon terms will be explicitly noted on the sales invoice. As we custom build every order to each customer's unique specifications, we will not commence the manufacturing process until the agreed payment has been received.

Irrespective of the agreed terms, full payment is required prior to the scheduled delivery.

White-Glove Delivery:

We handle the delivery process with care. Our dedicated staff and our own vehicles ensure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition. Given the weight of our items, our delivery staff will assemble the tables on-site to guarantee their stability and quality.

Payment and Cancellation:

To initiate work on your bespoke furniture, all orders must be paid in full. You can choose to make payment through our website or request a pro forma invoice for payment via BACS. In the event of an order cancellation during the build process, a 50% refund will be provided. As each item is crafted to your unique specifications, we regret that full refunds cannot be issued once work has commenced.

Data Protection:

We strictly adhere to standard data protection regulations as required by UK law. Your personal information and data are treated with the utmost care and privacy.

Maintenance and Complaints:

Our products are treated to prevent staining, requiring no special maintenance on your part. For any customer complaints or inquiries, please contact us at info@blazedesign.co.uk.

Uniqueness and Delivery Area:

Our products are entirely unique, designed and handcrafted in-house, ensuring you won't find them offered for sale elsewhere. Due to the substantial weight of our tables, we currently offer delivery services in England and Wales only.
